At Prodigy Disc, we stand behind the quality of our gear and want to ensure you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If you are not happy with your order, you may return unused items in their original packaging within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

Return Process

  Initiate Your Request

  Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.

  Package Your Gear

  Securely pack the unused discs or apparel in the original shipping box, ensuring all tags and protective materials are intact to prevent damage during transit.

• 3.
  Attach Shipping Label

  Download and print the prepaid shipping label provided through our portal and affix it clearly to the outside of your package.

• 4.
  Receive Your Refund

  Once our warehouse receives and inspects your returned items, we will process your refund to the original payment method or ship out your exchange within 5-7 business days.
